Pre-SIHH 2014: Cartier - Tortue Ladies Medium and Small
2023-09-01
It was in 1912 that Cartier first unveiled the Tortue watch, a model which has seen a lot of variations and declinations over the years. The beautiful design of the Tortue was inspired by the shell of a tortoise - hence the name - and it is one of the most successful Cartier shaped timepiece, along side the Tonneau, the Baignoire and the Crash models.
At the upcoming SIHH 2014 (Geneva, 20-24 January 2014), Cartier will show the new, ultra feminine, Tortue models for Ladies characterised by smaller and thinner cases. info: xtime-store

The dial is a Cartier classic: Roman numerals, sword-shaped hour and minute hands, dotted rail-track and guilloché dial. No seconds and no date for a very clean and elegant design.
The new Cartier Tortue models are available with a leather strap or a matching gold bracelet with flat links. info: xtime-store
